Android 16 |
Android 16 made his
first appearance in the Cell Saga. He was created by Dr.Gero. Even
though he looks massive and brawny, he respects mother nature, and
is 100% robotics. His death was brought upon him by Perfect Cell,
which triggered Gohan's transformation to Super Saiyan 2. |

|
Android 17 |
Android 17 is another
one of Dr.Gero's inventions. He first appears in the Cell Saga. He
is Android 18's brother, which basically looks like a male version
of Android 18. Artificial humanoids would be a more precise term for
Android 17 & 18 because they are flesh and blood, but yet artificial.
In DragonballGT Android 17 comes back from Hell and fuses with a duplicate
clone of himself to become Super 17 or Hell's Fighter 17. |

Android 18 |
Android 18 is the
female version of Android 17. She first appears in the Cell Saga and
nearly kills Vegeta when he first turns Super Saiyan. Later in the
Buu Saga she fights on the same side as the Z Warriors and marries
Krillun. They have a daughter and name her Marron. |

|
Android 19 |
Android 19 is a creation
of Dr.Gero. He is a fat albino Android that has power balls in the
palm of his hands that absorb energy that feed to his power.Vegeta
easily defeated him once Vegeta had turned Super Saiyan. |

|
Android 20/Dr.Gero |
Android 20 holds Dr.Gero's
brain, he is the genius inventor of the Androids and Cell. He is killed
by Android 17 & 18 when he opens their containment pods. |
|
|
Bulma |
Bulma is the second
character introduced in the Dragonball series. She accidentally runs
into Goku while searching for the Dragonballs. She soon persuades
Goku to come with her thinking that he would be a good body gaurd(remember
he didn't get hurt from the car collision). Bulma is also the mother
of Trunks, the wife of Vegeta and is a genius with electronics of
all kinds. |

Buu |
First comes the Fat
Maijin Buu, summoned by Babidi. He acts like a baby and becomes friends
with Hurcule. When his puppy and Hurcule get shot, Buu gets extremely
angry and blows out another Buu. This Buu is tall and thin, and is
only in 2 episodes. The thin Buu eats the fat Buu to become a very
powerful muscular Buu. After fighting Gotenks in the room of spirit
and time, Buu eats most of the lesser characters (Bulma, Chichi, etc.).
He then fights Gotenks some more, until the fusion wears off and Gohan
arrives. Buu then absorbs the newly fused Gotenks and Piccilo. Once
Goku arrives, Buu, who now has a little fusion jacket and a human
nose, absorbs Gohan. Now he has Gohan's clothes on, which are the
same as Goku's. After a fight with Goku and Vegeta, the Saiyans permanently
fuse into Veggeto. Veggeto could probably have killed Buu, but Buu
absorbs Veggeto, and Veggeto lets him. The absorbtion causes Veggeto
to unfuse, and the two Saiyans explore the interior of Buu. (Buu is
standing still doing nothing at the time). After a fight with evil
versions of Gotenks, Gohan, and Piccilo, they rescue the real people
who were absorbed. They then fight Buu (inside his body the whole
time). They exit through one of Buu's air holes along with the unconcious
victims. Buu blows a lot of steam out of his holes, and eventually
becomes little kid Buu. This little bad ass Buu isn't very nice, and
decides to blow up earth. He makes a big Ki Ball, and Goku and Vegeta
try to fly away while carrying their unconcious friends. When Buu's
Ki Ball gets too close, they drop Gohan, Piccolo, Trunks, and Goten
and teleport to King Ki's planet. Earth is destroyed. On King Ki's
planet, Goku fights Buu. When Goku gets beat up, Vegeta fights Buu.
They take turns until Vegeta takes over. Vegeta is already dead, and
can't be killed, so he keeps fighting. Buu spits out fat Buu. Vegeta
tells Goku to use a Spirit Bomb. Then Hurcule tells the people of
earth (who were already wished back) to give Goku their power, and
they do. Buu dies. |

Imperfect Cell, Cell,
and Perfect Cell |
The last Android that
Dr.Gero created. He created him using cells of the Z warriors he scavenged
with a mechanical bug. Cell spawned 3 stages. He did so by absorbing
the other Androids thus becoming the mighty Perfect Cell. Cell was
a massive villan and was way more powerful and deadly than Frieza.
Since he had the cells of the other Z warriors in him, he could use
their moves and abilities plus moves of his own. The battle against
Cell is proclaimed as the best in the series. The battle is very long
and like the one with Frieza, it is very intense and brutal. This
was the first time we say Gohan really kicked butt as he turned Super
Saiyan 2 and was able to pick off the Cell Jrs. in one hit. He later
fought Cell one on one and was easily kicking the crap out of him,
until putting himself in the way of a blast to save Vegeta which crippled
his arm. However with the mental help of his father, Goku, Gohan was
finnally able to over power Cell with a mega Kamehameha blast. Cell
was brutal. There's no question about it. But he was a unique villian
in which perceived the battles as more of a game. He fought fair and
always had a good spirit until the battle with Gohan. |

Chi-Chi |
Chi-Chi is the loving
mother of Gohan and Goten and the wife of the Great Goku. Her father
is the Ox-King. She is very strict about Gohan's studying and mainly
spends her time worrying about Gohan's academic studies. She is very
up-tight but a great mom. |

|
Dende |
Dende first makes
his appearance on Namek, the planet of Piccilo's ancestors. He brings
Krillun and Gohan to the eldest Namek, Guru. Guru helps Gohan and
Krillun find their hidden powers and unleash them to get ready for
the battle with Frieza. Goku brings Dende from Namek to Earth to recreate
the Dragonballs, then he becomes the Kami of earth, because Piccilo
fused with Kami. |

Frieza |
Frieza was the first
true villian the Z warriors had to encounter. (Yes they did fight
Vegeta first, but Vegeta later sides with the Z warriors). Frieza
was the being known for destroying the Saiyans' home planet, Planet
Vegeta. Frieza was considered the most powerful being in the universe
and even King Ki believed no one could defeat him. The battle with
Frieza was long and intense, spawning into about 80 or so episodes.
The Z warriors had a hard time with Frieza and, after numerous attempts,
Frieza kept over powring them. The battle finally turned when Goku
came. Despite Goku's efforts, Frieza still held his own until Goku
turned Super Saiyan. Eventually, Frieza became no match for Goku and
was destroyed when the Planet Namek was blown up. However, Frieza
was recreated by his father, King Cold. But they were both eventually
destroyed by the sword of Trunks. Frieza was a powerful villian and
had the power to transform his body into 3 forms, each increasing
his power level by hundred-thousands! His one Ki Blast could kill
a person on impact as it did so with Dende and Vegeta. |

Gohan |
Gohan is the first
son of Goku and Chi-Chi. He is known as the Great Saiyan-Man because
he is part Saiyan part human. Gohan's first training session teacher
was Piccilo, that is why he idolizes the Namek. His maximum capabilies
of Super Saiyan is 2. Gohan basically takes over the series when Goku
dies, he studies hard, but can still maintain his fighting skills. |

Goku |
Goku's the main character
in all the Dragonball shows. He is a Saiyan and his Saiyan name is
Kakkarot, he is pure in heart and is the strongest fighter in the
universe. He is capable of powering up to the highest level of the
Super Saiyan, SS4. Goku's 2 main moves are the Kamehameha, and the
Spirit Bomb. |

Goten |
Goten is the second
son of Goku and Chi-Chi. He turned Super Saiyan at a very young and
early age. Goten's best friend is Baby Trunks, Trunks also turned
Super Saiyan young. They both are capable of fusing together to make
Gotenks. |

|
Hurcule |
Hurcule is a strong
human, but yet cowardly. He is the father of Videl(Gohan's girlfriend).
Whenever the Z Warriors defeat an enemy, Hurcule gets all the credit(like
Cell and Bo-Jack). |

|
Kami |
Kami is a Namek that
lives on an island in the sky. The island is actually on a thin pole.
He watches over the Earth and protects it from evil and he is the
creator of the Dragon Balls. Kami is actually Piccilo. Here's the
explanation : There was a Namek named Piccilo who wanted to become
the Earth's Kami. To become this he had to rid himself of the evil
inside him. He Seperated the Evil, creating another Namek, who was
pure evil. He was Piccilo-Daimoah (Daimoah probably means demon or
evil). Goku battled Piccolo-Daimoah and eventually killed him. With
his last strength, Piccilo-Daimoah spat out an egg, and transfered
all of his thoughts and memories to the egg. The egg is the Piccilo
we know in Dragon Ball Z. Since Piccil- Daimoah gave Piccilo Jr.(the
egg) all of his memories, Piccilo Jr. is basically the same person.
So, Piccilo and Kami are actually the same Namek. |

King Cold |
King Cold is Frieza's
father who is Killed by Trunks early in the Cell Saga. |
|
|
King Ki |
King Ki lives on a
tiny planet at the end of Snake Way. Goku was trained by him to prepare
for the battle with Vegeta and Nappa. He is Goku's good friend and
keeps him company while he is in heaven. |
|
|
Krillun |
Krillun was once an
enemy of Goku until later they became friends and trained with Master
Roshi. Krillun realizes Goku's true power of his Saiyan blood and
never messes with him. Krillun marries Android 18 and they have a
daughter named Marron. He also grows hair at the end of Dragonball
Z. |

|
Piccilo |
Piccilo is an elite
Namek fighter, the strongest Namek in the universe. Piccilo was Goku's
arch enemy until the arrival of Radditz. He and Goku teamed up to
destroy Radditz. Piccilo was also the first to train Gohan. Piccilo
dies while trying to save Gohan from a blast from Nappa but is wished
back to his home planet to help fight Frieza. Piccilo fuses with Nail,
then Kami to become a Super-Namek. |

Trunks (Chibi and
Mirai) |
Trunks is the son
of Vegeta and Bulma. His first appearance was when Cyborg Frieza and
King Cold came to Earth. He sliced Frieza right down the middle, and
killed his father too. Trunks is a key part in Dragonball Z because
he notified the Z Warriors about the Androids, and gave Goku the heart
diseas antidote. |

Vegeta |
Vegeta is another
Saiyan who is almost as strong as Goku. He can transform to Super
Saiyan 1,2, and 4. Vegeta later loses his fighting spirit when Goku
dies forever. Vegeta is the most persistant fighter in Dragonball
Z and won't give up until the job is finished. Goku and him can fuse
to be Gogeta or Veggeto. |

YamCha was Bulma's
boyfriend for a while. YamCha sucks theres nothing else to say about
this weakling. |
